Post new and waiting conversations to a Slack channel, and connect your hosting panel, shop or CRM so the team sees the customer's account beside the chat and can act on it.

Two connections in **Settings → Integrations** bring your other tools into the conversation.

## Slack notifications

Slack shows your team what needs them without anyone watching the inbox.

### Connect

1. In Slack go to **Apps → Incoming Webhooks** and add one to the channel you want. Copy the web address it gives you, which starts with `https://hooks.slack.com/`.
2. In Frosvo open **Settings → Integrations**.
3. Paste the address in **Slack webhook address**.
4. Type a **Channel name**, such as #support, so you can tell channels apart.
5. Click **Connect Slack**, then **Send test** and check that the message reaches Slack.

### What Slack shows

Messages for a new conversation, a visitor waiting for someone from the team, a conversation resolved or reopened, assigned or unassigned, new messages, ratings, and missed deadlines. Each includes an **Open in Frosvo** button that takes you to the conversation.

### Manage it

Use **Pause** and **Resume** to stop and restart messages, and **Disconnect** to remove the channel. Only addresses on `hooks.slack.com` are accepted.

## Account connector

If you run a hosting panel, a shop or a CRM, you can show the customer's account beside the conversation and let the team act on it.

1. Under **Account connector**, enter a **Connector name** (for example "KryoHost panel") and the **Connector address**.
2. Click **Connect**. Frosvo reads your system's manifest and lists the **Actions it offers**.
3. Copy the **signing secret**. Your system checks the `Frosvo-Signature` on each request with it.
4. Choose which actions are **Allowed**.

Every request is signed, only the actions your system offers can be used, only for the roles it names, and each one is recorded under **Recent actions** as Done, Refused or Failed. **Read manifest again** picks up changes, and **Switch off** pauses the connector. Disconnecting keeps the record of past actions.

The technical protocol is in the [developer documentation](/docs/developers).

## Common questions

### Which plans include these integrations?

Essentials and above.

### What does Slack show?

Events such as a new conversation, one waiting for the team, resolved or reopened, assigned, a new message, a rating, or a missed deadline, each with an Open in Frosvo button.

### How do actions in my own system stay safe?

Only the actions your system offers can be used, only for the roles it names, and each one is recorded. Requests are signed so your system can check they come from Frosvo.

### Can I pause Slack without removing it?

Yes. Use Pause on the Slack channel and Resume later.
