How to contact Frosvo support from the desk, what to include so we can help faster, how replies reach you, and what happens when support looks at your workspace.

In the desk, open **Help** in the menu and choose **Contact support**. Tell us what's happening and pick a topic; your workspace and plan are included so you don't have to explain them.

We reply by email, and the conversation is kept under **Help → Your requests**, where you can write back.

Signed out? Use the [contact page](/contact).

## Service status

Check [the status page](/status) for anything affecting everyone.

## When we look at your workspace

To help, Frosvo support may open your workspace's desk. It's limited to two hours, can't change billing or passwords, is recorded in your audit log, and your owners are emailed each time.

## What to include

Faster answers come from a clear request. Tell us:

1. **Which website** or channel it is about.
2. **What you expected** and **what happened instead**.
3. **Any message** you saw on the screen, word for word.
4. **When** it started, and whether it happens every time.

Before you write, look at **Settings → Operations → Problems**. If the problem was recorded there, the reason is already on the page, and the [troubleshooting guide](/docs/troubleshooting) may fix it in a minute.

## Urgent problems

If the whole service seems down, check the [status page](/status) first. It shows anything that affects everyone, and you will not need to write.

## While you wait

Look through [troubleshooting](/docs/troubleshooting) for a quick fix, and read [getting started](/docs/getting-started) if you are setting something up for the first time. Your reply arrives by email and in the desk under **Your requests**.

## Common questions

**How will I hear back?** By email, and in the desk under Your requests.

**Do you need my password?** Never. Do not send passwords or secret keys in a request.

**Where is the status of the service?** On the [status page](/status), which shows anything affecting everyone.

## Common questions

### Where do I see my earlier requests?

In the desk under Help, then Your requests. You can write back there, and replies also reach you by email.

### Can support see my conversations?

Only if they open your workspace to help you. That access lasts at most two hours, cannot change billing or passwords, is written to your audit log, and your owners are emailed each time.

### What if I cannot sign in?
