Terms of service

Last updated 10 October 2026

Draft. This text is being reviewed and will be finalised with the operating company’s registered details before Frosvo opens to customers.

These terms are the agreement between you (the customer who creates a Frosvo workspace, and the organisation you act for) and the company that operates Frosvo (“Frosvo”, “we”). By creating an account or using Frosvo you accept them.

1. The service

Frosvo provides live chat, a shared inbox across messaging channels, an AI assistant and related tools (the “Service”). What each plan includes is described on the pricing page.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your password and API keys safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • The workspace owner controls the workspace, its team, its billing and its data.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract and use Frosvo for business purposes.

3. Plans, trials and payment

  • The Free plan has no time limit. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in the currency you choose at checkout.
  • A free trial lasts 7 days and needs a valid payment method. To check the card we charge a small verification amount when the trial starts (shown before you confirm); it is not refunded. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan you chose starts and is charged.
  • Prices exclude taxes; taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added where they apply.
  • Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
  • If a payment fails, the plan stays active for a grace period (7 days by default) while you update your payment details; after that the workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted because of a downgrade, but features and limits of the Free plan apply.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). We never receive your full card details.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refunded for partial periods.

4. Your data and your customers’ data

You own the content in your workspace, including conversations with your customers. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only to provide the Service. For personal data of your customers, you are the controller and we are your processor under our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your visitors’ data and for telling them about it, including that a chat may be answered by an AI assistant.

5. AI features

The AI assistant and copilot generate text from the knowledge you provide. They can be wrong. You are responsible for the knowledge you give them, the instructions you set, and for reviewing how they answer your customers. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or other advice where a mistake could cause harm.

6. Channels and third parties

When you connect WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, email or other services, their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability or decisions (for example, a provider suspending your account or template).

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend a workspace that breaks it, puts the Service or others at risk, or has unpaid invoices, and will tell you why where we can.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Frosvo available and publish its status on the status page, but unless a separate agreement says otherwise the Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime. We may improve and change the Service; if we remove a significant paid feature we will give reasonable notice.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Frosvo and cancel any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach. After a workspace is closed you can ask for an export within 30 days; after that its data is deleted, except where we must keep records (such as invoices) by law.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and each party’s total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in those 12 months.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will tell workspace owners at least 30 days before they apply.

12. Law and contact

The governing law and courts are those stated in your order or, if none, those of the place where the company that operates Frosvo is registered. Questions about these terms: support@frosvo.com.
