Both are the same Frosvo desk, connected to the same account. Your conversations, contacts, saved replies, automations and reports are identical wherever you open them, and a new feature reaches the app the moment it reaches the web. The difference is how Frosvo fits into your day.
Choose the app if you answer chats all day
- System notifications open the exact conversation, even when Frosvo is minimised.
- The unread count sits on the taskbar and in the tray, so you see waiting chats at a glance.
- Lock your screen and Frosvo sets you to Away, so new chats go to teammates; come back and you're Online again.

Open the desk
Visit frosvo.com/desk in Safari or Chrome on your phone and sign in.

Add it to your home screen
Use your browser's Share or menu button and choose Add to Home Screen. Frosvo then opens full screen, like an app.

Allow notifications when the desk asks, so new chats reach you on phones and browsers that support web notifications.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the app to use Frosvo?
No. The Frosvo desk works in any modern browser, on a computer or a phone. The app is the same desk with extras a browser tab can't offer: system notifications that open the right chat, an unread count on the taskbar, your status set automatically, and several workspaces side by side.
Is the app free?
Yes. The app costs nothing; you use it with your Frosvo account, on whichever plan your workspace has — including the free plan.
Will my settings and conversations be the same in the app and the browser?
Yes. Everything lives on your Frosvo account, not on the computer: conversations, contacts, settings, plan and team. Sign in on the app and in a browser at the same time and both stay in step.
How do I sign in to the app?
Click Sign in and use your Frosvo email and password, or sign in through your usual browser — that's how Google, Microsoft, GitHub and single sign-on work in the app. Two-step verification works the same as on the web.
Does the app update itself?
Yes. The app checks for new versions in the background and offers to restart when one is ready. If you got it from a store, the store keeps it up to date.
Which systems are supported?
Frosvo for Windows is available now for Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) and Windows 11. On other systems, use the Frosvo desk in your browser — it has the same features.
