The problem with one chat tool per website
Businesses rarely have just one website. A hosting company has its main site and a client area; a retailer has several shops; an agency runs dozens of client sites; a SaaS has a marketing site, docs and an app. When every site has its own chat account, your team juggles logins, misses messages on the site nobody checked, and loses track of customers who write on more than one.
Frosvo was built for exactly this. One workspace holds all your websites. Each one gets its own chat — with its own colours, greeting and opening hours, and assistant knowledge you can keep per site — and every conversation lands in a single shared inbox, clearly labelled with the site it came from. Your team answers everything from one desk, and customers get one consistent experience.
How it works
One snippet per website
Add a website to your workspace and paste its snippet — or use the WordPress, WHMCS, PrestaShop, Magento or Joomla package. Each site gets its own key.
Each chat matches its brand
Set colours, position, logo, greeting and opening hours per site. Visitors see a chat that belongs to the site they're on.
Separate knowledge per site
Tie knowledge sources to a website, so each brand's assistant answers from its own pages — and share the ones that apply everywhere.
One labelled inbox
Every conversation shows its website. Filter to one site in a click, or keep everything together and work it by priority.
The right people on each site
Outsourced and agency agents can be limited to the websites they look after, and see only those conversations.
Reports per website
See conversations, response times, ratings and assistant answers for one site or all of them, and email them on a schedule.
Who runs Frosvo on many websites
Online shops with several storefronts work the same way: each store gets its chat, customers who are signed in are recognised, and orders from PrestaShop, Magento, WooCommerce or Shopify can show beside the conversation.
Setting up chat on many sites, step by step
- List your sitesWrite down every website, shop and client area you run, and who answers for each. That list becomes your websites and your team's access in Frosvo.
- Add them one by oneAdd each website to your workspace and install its snippet or package. Start with the busiest site, then add the rest in minutes each.
- Give each its knowledgePoint each site's assistant at its own pages. Keep shared answers — company details, general policies — in sources every site can use.
- Decide who sees whatYour own team sees every site. Agencies and outsourced agents can be limited to the sites they look after.
Built for the team behind the sites
An AI assistant that knows when to hand over
The Frosvo assistant answers from what you've written — your website, help articles and documents — and nothing else. When a visitor asks for a person, is upset, asks about their own account or orders, or asks something it can't answer from your content, it says so and hands the chat to your team, with the whole conversation in front of them.
Answer from anywhere
Your team answers from the desk in any browser, from a phone, or from the Frosvo app for Windows with notifications that open the right conversation. See all the ways to get Frosvo.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use one Frosvo account for several websites?
Yes. Add each website to your workspace. Every site gets its own snippet and settings, and all conversations arrive in the same inbox, labelled with the site they came from.
Can each website have its own look and greeting?
Yes. Colours, position, logo, greeting and opening hours are set per website, so each chat matches the brand of the site it's on.
Will the AI assistant mix up my websites?
Not if you keep their knowledge apart: each knowledge source can belong to one website, so a question on that site is answered from its own pages. Sources you don't tie to a site are shared by all of them.
Can I give some agents access to only certain websites?
Yes. Outsourced or agency agents can be limited to the websites they work on, and they only see those conversations.
Can I filter the inbox to one website?
Yes. Switch the desk to a single website to see only its conversations, visitors, contacts and reports — or keep everything together.
Do I pay per website?
On most plans a workspace includes one website, and each extra website in the same workspace is an add-on, cheaper from the third one on. Enterprise and Unlimited include as many websites as you need. The pricing page has the details, and you can start free without a card.
