Acceptable use policy
Last updated 10 October 2026
Draft. This text is being reviewed and will be finalised with the operating company’s registered details before Frosvo opens to customers.
Frosvo is for talking with your customers. To keep it working for everyone, you must not use it to:
- Send spam or unsolicited marketing. Email campaigns go only to people who agreed to hear from you, and every one carries an unsubscribe link and your postal address.
- Break the law, or help anyone else do so — including fraud, phishing, harassment, or selling illegal goods or services.
- Collect payment card numbers, passwords or special-category data through the chat.
- Impersonate another person or business, or mislead visitors about who they are talking to — including hiding that answers come from an AI assistant where the law requires you to say so.
- Upload malware, or try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of the Service or other customers’ workspaces.
- Use the AI features to create content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that infringes others’ rights.
- Resell the Service without our written agreement.
- Break the rules of channels you connect (for example WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies).
If you break this policy we may remove content, limit features or suspend the workspace, and will tell the owner why where we can. To report abuse, contact support@frosvo.com.
