In short
Frosvo's status page is a public page that tells your customers what is working. You list the services they rely on, post incidents and scheduled maintenance, let people subscribe by email, and can have Frosvo check a service automatically and mark it down when it stops answering.

Get started
Create the page
Under Status page in the desk; pick its address.
Add components
Your website, API, email — whatever customers rely on.
Share it
Link it from your site; the widget links it during incidents.
Tell customers before they ask
Add your components, such as your website, API and email, each with a status from operational to major outage, and 90 days of history. Post an incident when something is wrong and add updates as you go, from investigating to resolved. Schedule maintenance ahead of time the same way.
Subscribers confirm their email address and receive every incident and update, each with an unsubscribe link. While an incident is open, your chat widget can show a notice linking to the page.
Automatic checks and an API
Give a component an address to watch, and optionally a word the page must contain. Frosvo checks it regularly, marks it down when it stops answering and up again when it recovers. Tools can read your page's status.json and summary.json addresses.
Frequently asked questions
What is a status page?
A status page is a public page that shows whether a company's services are working, with incidents and planned maintenance. It lets customers check for themselves instead of writing to you, and it builds trust because problems are announced openly and updated until they are resolved.
Can the page check my service automatically?
Yes. Give a component an address to watch, and optionally a word the page must contain. Frosvo checks it regularly, marks the component down when it stops answering and up again when it recovers, so your page reflects reality even when nobody is watching.
Can customers subscribe to updates?
Yes. Customers subscribe by email, confirm their address, and then receive every incident and update. Each email carries an unsubscribe link. While an incident is open, your chat widget can also show a notice that links to the status page.
