Team tools · Built by Frosvo
Search your Dropbox from the conversation sidebar and send the customer a link to a file in one click. Save any conversation's transcript to a Dropbox folder — handy for records, hand-overs and audits.
What it can do in your workspace
- Shows information and buttons next to your conversations
How to set up Dropbox
- Create an app at dropbox.com/developers/apps (Scoped access, Full Dropbox or App folder). On its Permissions tab tick files.metadata.read, files.content.write and sharing.write, then Submit.
- Copy the app key and app secret from its Settings tab into the fields here.
- Open https://www.dropbox.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=YOUR_APP_KEY&response_type=code&token_access_type=offline (with your app key), allow access, and paste the code it shows into Authorization code.
- Install. Frosvo swaps the code for a lasting connection; Dropbox then shows in the sidebar of every conversation.
