Every Frosvo contact is identified in Segment with their traits, and conversations starting, being resolved and being rated are tracked as events — so your warehouse, analytics and marketing tools see support activity alongside everything else.
Setup: in Segment, Connections → Sources → Add Source → HTTP API, and copy its write key.
