An AI support assistant depends on the information you give it. Before turning it on for visitors, review the questions your team answers most often and the sources that explain those answers. Good preparation makes it easier to test the assistant and to identify where a person still needs to help.
Choose a small set of reliable sources
Start with current help articles about setup, account access and common product questions. Remove expired promotions, conflicting instructions and draft policies from the material you plan to use. Give each topic one maintained source wherever possible.
Frosvo's AI assistant can use the articles, website pages and documents you supply. The knowledge base lets customers and the assistant use the same published help content. Check the plan requirements on the pricing page before choosing your setup.
Write answers that stand on their own
Use the words customers use in their questions. Put the answer first, followed by steps, prerequisites and exceptions. Name the screen or setting the customer needs instead of relying on phrases such as “click here”.
Separate different tasks into separate articles. An installation guide and a refund policy serve different questions; combining them makes both harder to maintain. Link to related guides when a customer may need a next step.
Only include information that is appropriate to share with customers. Do not place secrets, credentials or private customer records into help material intended for public answers.
Define when a person should take over
An assistant should not make account-specific promises that your source material cannot establish. Decide how to handle billing disputes, access problems, policy exceptions and requests for a person. Write clear instructions for each website and configure your handover rules.
When a conversation reaches your shared inbox, an agent should have enough context to continue. Test the handover itself, including what the visitor sees and whether somebody is available to answer.
Test questions, including the awkward ones
Build a short checklist from real support themes without copying private customer data. Include clear questions, misspellings, vague requests and questions for which you deliberately provided no answer.
Review the response and the source it used. Check for missing conditions, outdated prices and overly certain language. Source references help review; they do not replace checking the answer. Also ask for a person and verify that the conversation reaches the team.
Maintain the knowledge after launch
Review answer feedback and questions the assistant could not resolve. Improve the source article, then test the same question again. Assign an owner to policy and product changes so the help centre does not drift away from the actual service.
The AI assistant guide explains the controls in Frosvo, while the knowledge base guide covers organising your help material. Start with a narrow scope and expand it as you verify the results.
