Articles you write under AI Agent → Articles do two jobs: they're your public help centre, and they're what the AI assistant answers from.
Writing articles
Give each article a title, a category and the text (headings, lists and links are supported). Save it as a draft or publish it. Only published articles appear publicly and in the assistant's answers.
The public help centre
Your help centre lives at /help/your-workspace: articles grouped by category, with search. Each article ends with Was this helpful?, so you can see which ones need work.
Translations
Open an article and choose Translate into…: Frosvo's AI makes a translation you can then edit like any article. The help centre gets a language switch, and each article links to its other languages. When you change the original, its translations are marked Out of date — press Update to translate them again.
Documents
Under AI Agent → Files, upload PDFs, Word documents (.docx), text, Markdown, HTML or CSV files, up to 10 MB each. The assistant answers from their text (scanned PDFs have none). Upload a new version of a file from its row.
Keeping pages current
Website pages are fetched again every week by default — choose daily, monthly or never from a page's History. A check that finds no change keeps the current text; a change is kept as a new version. History keeps the last 10 versions of every page and file, and Restore puts an earlier one back (a restored page stops refreshing by itself, so it isn't overwritten).
Checking the answers
Under AI Agent → Quality, write the questions customers really ask and the words a good answer must mention. Run all asks the assistant each one and shows which passed, its answer and the score over time — run it after you change the knowledge base.
Website pages and documents
You can also add your website's pages under AI Agent; Frosvo reads them and keeps the text for the assistant. They don't appear in the help centre.
Knowing what to write next
Reports → Assistant lists the knowledge gaps — questions the assistant couldn't answer, grouped — so the next article is always the one your customers need.
Writing articles
The editor has a toolbar for headings, bold, italic, lists, quotes, code and links (Ctrl+B and Ctrl+I work too). The image button uploads a picture into the article. The preview next to the editor shows the article exactly as your help centre will. On a narrow screen, switch between Write and Preview.
Your own domain
Serve the help centre on an address of your own, like help.example.com. Go to AI Agent → Articles → Help centre address, enter the domain, and add the TXT record Frosvo shows you at your DNS provider. If your Frosvo host gives you a CNAME target, point the domain at it with a CNAME as well. Then press Check DNS. Once the domain is verified, the help centre is live there with its own certificate, and only the help centre is served on that domain.
