One inbox, wherever they write from
Conversations from your app arrive in the inbox beside your website chats, answered by the same team and the same AI agent, with the same knowledge. Pass your signed-in user's name and email and your team knows who's writing before they say hello.
Replies that reach the phone
When your team answers and the customer isn't looking at the chat, Frosvo pushes the reply to their phone — through Firebase Cloud Messaging or straight through Apple Push. If they've already read it on screen, nothing is sent. Tapping the notification opens that conversation.
Add your Firebase service account or Apple key under Settings → Mobile apps; they're stored encrypted.
Getting started
Download the SDK for your platform from Settings → Mobile apps or the developer hub, then open the chat from your Help button with one call. The mobile guide has the details.
