Frosvo adds contacts who agree to marketing to your Klaviyo list with their name, and your team sees the customer's Klaviyo profile — when they joined, where they are — beside the conversation, so support and marketing share one view of the customer.
Setup: in Klaviyo, Settings → API keys → Create Private API Key with Profiles: Full and Lists: Full. Paste it with the ID of the list to add people to.
