Every Aircall call — answered, missed or voicemail — is written into the caller's Frosvo conversation with who took it, how long it lasted and a link to the recording in Aircall. Missed calls and voicemails come back as unread so someone calls back.
While the phone rings, Aircall shows the caller's Frosvo details (name, email, company, link to the conversation) as an insight card. From any conversation, Call dials the contact in your Aircall app.

How to set up Aircall
- In Aircall: Integrations & API → API Keys → Generate an API key (admin only). Copy the API ID and token.
- Paste them here and install. Frosvo registers a webhook in Aircall for call events — nothing else to set up.
- Calls appear in conversations straight away; Call buttons use your Aircall app, so agents need to be signed in there.
