Answered, missed and voicemail calls from Ringover are written into the caller's Frosvo conversation — who took it, how long, and the recording once Ringover has it. Missed calls and voicemails come back as unread.
From a conversation, Call starts a Ringover callback: your Ringover devices ring first, then Ringover dials the contact.

How to set up Ringover
- In Ringover: Dashboard → Developer → API → Create an API key with access to calls and callbacks. Paste it here.
- Install, then copy the events address this plugin shows.
- In Ringover: Dashboard → Developer → Webhooks — paste the address for the call events (hang up, missed call, voicemail, recording available), set a secret key and paste the same key here.
- Optionally set the Ringover number agents call from, for the Call button.
