Your team sees the HubSpot contact — company, title, lifecycle stage — next to each conversation, creates contacts in one click, and logs conversations as notes on the contact (automatically when they're resolved, if you like). New and changed Frosvo contacts can be added to HubSpot as they happen.
Setup: in HubSpot, Settings → Integrations → Private Apps → Create, with the scopes crm.objects.contacts.read and crm.objects.contacts.write. Paste the access token here.
