Find the customer's Zoho CRM contact or lead by email beside the conversation, create a lead in one click, and log conversations as notes — automatically when they're resolved, if you like.
Setup: at api-console.zoho.com create a Self Client, generate a code with the scope ZohoCRM.modules.ALL, exchange it for a refresh token, and enter the client ID, client secret, refresh token and your Zoho data centre.
