The Frosvo plugin for WordPress puts the chat on every page of your site and tells your team the name and email of visitors who are signed in. It works with any theme and with WooCommerce (install the WooCommerce plugin in Frosvo too, to see orders next to the chat).
You choose whether administrators see the chat themselves.
How to set up WordPress
- Download the plugin below.
- In WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the file, Install, Activate.
- Go to Settings → Frosvo Chat and paste your site key (shown below). Save.
