Connect Gorgias
Settings → Import → Gorgias, with your Gorgias address, your Gorgias email and an API key. Frosvo checks the details before it starts.
Keep working
The import runs in the background and only adds what's new if you run it again — so you can switch the day you're ready. The Gorgias details are deleted when it ends.
Nothing is sent to your customers during an import. Imported conversations keep their original dates, authors and open or closed state.
