Add links to your admin panel, billing system, order lookup — anything with a web address — and they appear next to every conversation with the customer's email, name, ID or custom fields filled in. One line per link: `Label | https://admin.example.com/users?email={email}`.
Placeholders: {email} {name} {phone} {company} {contact_id} {conversation_id} {url} and {field.<key>} for custom fields.
