Support tickets from your Discord server

Add a /support command to your Discord server. A member who needs help opens a ticket with it, your team answers from Frosvo, and the reply reaches them as a private message with a Reply button.

Why bring Discord into a shared inbox

Community servers get support questions in public channels, where they are hard to track and awkward to answer when account details are involved. A /support command moves each request into a private conversation with an owner, without asking members to leave Discord.

How Discord works in Frosvo

  • A /support command

When you verify the connection, Frosvo registers a /support command on your Discord application. Members use it in your server to open a ticket.

  • Private answers

Replies go to the member as direct messages with a Reply button, so the conversation stays private.

  • Signed interactions

Frosvo checks Discord's signature on every interaction with your application's public key.

  • Team workflow

Tickets arrive in the same inbox as website chat — assign them, add notes and reuse saved replies.

Connect Discord in a few steps

In the desk: Channels → add Discord. Credentials are stored encrypted and never shown again in full.

  1. Create an application in the Discord Developer Portal and add a bot.
  2. Invite the bot to your server with the applications.commands and bot scopes.
  3. Save and verify in Frosvo: Frosvo adds a /support command to your application.
  4. Enable messaging, then paste the callback Frosvo shows you into Interactions Endpoint URL. Members open tickets with /support; your replies arrive as DMs with a Reply button.

Replies on this channel can be up to 2,000 characters.

One inbox for every conversation

Discord is one of 13 channels that share the same inbox as your website chat. Website visitors can be answered first by the AI assistant, which hands over to your team with the reason. Messages from Discord go straight to the team, who work them with assignment, private notes and saved replies in the shared inbox, and see every earlier conversation on the contact’s profile.
