- Create a production keyset at developer.ebay.com and copy the App ID and Cert ID.
- Under User Tokens, choose "Get a Token from eBay via Your Application" (OAuth), sign in as the seller and copy the refresh token. It lasts about 18 months.
- Paste them in Frosvo, verify and enable messaging.
- Buyers' questions arrive every few minutes; each buyer and item is its own conversation. Replies go back through eBay (up to 2000 characters, text only).
