Let customers book a call or meeting with your team. Open Appointments in the desk.
Booking pages
Owners create a page for each kind of meeting — a demo, an onboarding call, a support session — with:
- its length and an optional break after each appointment;
- the hours you take bookings, per weekday, in the page's time zone;
- who takes them — appointments are shared fairly among whoever is free at that time;
- how far ahead people can book, and how much notice you need.
Each page has its own address (/book/your-page). Put it on your website or in your email signature.
From a conversation
Press Ctrl K in a conversation and choose Send a booking link. The link goes into your reply; when the customer books, a private note appears in that conversation.
What everyone gets
The customer sees free times in their own time zone, then gets a confirmation email with a calendar invitation (.ics) and a link to cancel. The agent gets an email with the invitation too. Cancelling — by the customer, or from Appointments in the desk — sends both sides a cancellation that removes it from their calendars, and frees the time again.
Tips
- Create a separate page for each kind of meeting, such as a demo or an onboarding call, with its own length.
- Add a short break after each appointment so back-to-back calls do not overrun.
- Set a notice period so nobody can book a call ten minutes from now.
- Put the page address in your website menu and email signature.

Common questions
Can a customer reschedule? They cancel from the link in their confirmation email and book a new time, which frees the old one.
Where do my appointments appear? Under Appointments in the desk, and in your calendar through the invitation you receive by email.
Who gets the booking? Appointments are shared fairly among whoever is free at that time, so one person is not overloaded.
