- Erase a person's data — their conversations, profile and messages, everywhere in the workspace.
Keeping data only as long as you need
Choose to delete resolved conversations, and anonymous visitors, after a number of days. The clean-up runs automatically.
Export everything
Export builds one file with your conversations, contacts, articles, team, settings, invoices and audit log (compressed JSON). It's prepared in the background — we email you when it's ready — and can be downloaded for 7 days. Passwords and secret keys are never included. Files people attached are listed by their address.
Deleting your workspace
Delete this workspace removes everything — conversations, contacts, websites, the team and settings. You confirm with the workspace name and your password or a two-step code; the deletion then happens after 14 days, and any owner can cancel it until then (the desk shows a banner). Any subscription ends with its paid period, so there are no more charges. Export first if you want a copy.
Good practice
Set retention to match your privacy notice, answer data requests promptly, and export before you delete anything you may need. Tell visitors in your own privacy notice that you use live chat, and about recordings if you switch them on. Access to this area is for owners only; see your team and security.

Who can open this page? Owners only. It is not available to custom roles.
Is the export in a readable format? It is compressed JSON, which developers and data tools can read, and Frosvo emails you when it is ready.
Does deleting the workspace stop billing? Any subscription ends with its paid period, so there are no more charges.
