On the Enterprise plan, owners find Settings → Clients & sandboxes.
Client workspaces
Agencies and resellers add a workspace for each client. A client's websites, team, conversations and settings stay in their own workspace, and they use your plan's features.
- Add client — the company name, and optionally their owner's email: we invite them to run the workspace with you.
- Open desk — your browser switches into the client's desk, as its owner, with a blue banner saying so. Everything you change there is in the client's audit log under your name.
- Back in the banner returns you to your own desk.
Your access to a client lasts while you're an owner of your own workspace.
Sandboxes
A sandbox is a copy of your workspace — websites and widget settings, help articles, Q&A and documents — where you can try new settings, instructions or articles without touching your live chat. Conversations aren't copied, and its websites have their own keys, so nothing reaches your customers. Open it from the same screen (a purple banner shows you're in it), and delete it when you're done. You can keep up to three.
When to use which
Use a client workspace for a real customer whose chat and team you run. Use a sandbox to test instructions, articles or widget settings before you change your live setup. Delete a sandbox when you are done.

Common questions
Who pays for a client workspace? Client workspaces use your plan's features, so there is nothing separate to buy for them inside Frosvo.
Can a client remove my access? Your access lasts while you are an owner of your own workspace. When that ends, so does access to the client workspaces.
Can I move a sandbox's settings to the live workspace? A sandbox is for trying things safely. Once you are happy, repeat the change in your live workspace by hand.
